How to install ?
The CIA World Factbook 2010 comes in html format, i convert it into .pdb format with layout optimized for viewing with iSilo.
Why ".pdb" format? because this format is faster than PDF format and Java aplications, it can be used in different devises including Symbian supported devices, it can be read by iSilo software.
For Symbian S60 3rd edition:
1- Install iSilo software, you can find the last version HERE
2- Download "The_CIA_World_Factbook_2010_by_Nabilove" acording to your devise screen resolution
3- Unrar it, and transfer to your phone memory card, put it in "E:/Documents/isilo" directory
4- Open iSilo software and than chose "The_CIA_World_Factbook_2010_by_Nabilove" and then open it
5- Enjoy it !!!
